- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you receive a prorated credit for unused time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
- What happens when my free trial ends?
- You will be automatically moved to the Scout (Free) plan unless you add a payment method. No charge is made without your consent.
- Do you offer refunds?
- We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of any paid subscription. Contact support for assistance.
- How does round-trip pairing work?
- Round-trip award space rarely opens on both legs at once. Layflat watches your outbound and return together within your travel window and night range, and shows the pairings that are bookable in both directions, sorted by total miles.
